Terms and Conditions for Daily Habit Tracker & Routine Planner

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Habit Tracker & Routine Planner mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Service”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. License to Use

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

3. User Data and Content

  • The App allows you to record, track, and organize personal habits, goals, routines, and reminders (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.

  • By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content only as needed to provide the Service.

  • You are solely responsible for the information you input and agree not to upload any harmful or illegal content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload or share any illegal, abusive, hateful, or offensive material.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App’s source code.

  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Certain features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions via Apple’s App Store.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • All payments, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple in accordance with their terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, design, logos, and trademarks) belong to Deedar Ali.

  • You may not use or reproduce any part of the App for commercial purposes without written consent.

  • User data remains your property; however, anonymized data may be used to improve the App and its features.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate service.

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for your specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

  • We are not responsible for data loss, inaccurate results, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • You use the App at your own risk.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

  • You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from your device.

  • Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
