When the user taps the “Summarize” button and agrees to AI processing, the note text is securely transmitted to a third-party AI service provider for generating summaries.

The note text provided by users is used solely to:

• Provide AI features requested by the user

We do not use note content for advertising.
We do not sell user data.
We do not use note content for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide AI summarization features, the note text entered by the user may be transmitted to the following third-party service:

Google LLC – Google Gemini AI

Data Shared:
• Note text entered by the user

Purpose:
• Generating AI-powered summaries requested by the user

The data is transmitted securely using encrypted HTTPS communication.

We do not store note content on our servers after the AI response is returned, unless the user manually saves it on their device.

Google processes the data only for the purpose of providing AI responses in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Data Storage

We do not permanently store user note content on our servers.

Notes remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to save them.

AI processing data is not stored by us after the summarization request is completed.

6. User Consent

Before sending note content to the AI service provider, the app clearly informs users that their note text will be transmitted to Google Gemini AI for processing.

Users can choose whether or not to use the AI summarization feature.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, to protect user data during communication with third-party AI services.

Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
